Can I return an item?

Absolutely! You're allowed to change your mind, or decide you'd like to swap your new item for something else! We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note our store provides returns in Store Credit or Item Exchange only and items returned for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you have questions before placing an order, please ask us so we can help you make sure you'll LOVE your purchase!

Are returns free?

As much as we'd like to one day provide free return labels, we regret to inform our customers that return shipping will currently be at the expense of the buyer. Once approved, you will receive the shipping information of where to send the item(s) you'd like to return, and please be sure to share the tracking information with us once you have shipped your return.

For special cases, we can provide you with a shipping label without cost, such as in the instance of a customer receiving a damaged or defective item due to the error of the seller, or if you would like to exchange an item. If you choose to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement without cost upon receiving the original from you. For returns, however, a store credit is provided minus a restocking fee. Please see below: "What if I receive a defective item?" and "Do you offer Free Exchanges?"

What types of items can I return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must be free of scent (perfumes, lotions, etc.), stains or marks (deodorant, makeup, etc.), and devoid of any lint, dust, or pet hair.  You’ll also need to provide your Order Number and Reason for Return.

Please be advised that all of the following items are NOT eligible to be accepted as a return due to our high priority of hygiene and commitment to safety: Undergarments (including bralettes), swimsuits and swim wear, accessories (including socks and belts), jewellery, makeup and/or beauty products. Can you help me start the Return Process?

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@sundaysparks.com with your Order Number and Reason for Return within 7 days of receiving your item. The 7 days are counted from the date that the courier has marked your item as "Delivered" in their system. Please note that we will respond to you within 48 business hours.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if I receive a defective item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Part of our commitment to you is to provide you with excellent quality products with brands you can trust! We will gladly provide you a prepaid shipping label in instances of error in quality control to send the item back to us for a replacement.

To ensure you do not receive defective or damaged items, we have a strict quality control policy before orders leave our warehouse. In the unlikely event your product was damaged during transit, please provide us with your Order Number, evidence of damage, and we would be glad to help you start a case with the transport carrier selected at checkout. Don't worry, we are here to help any way we can - we're on your side!

Are there non-returnable items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Do you offer Free Exchanges?

You bet we do! In cases of exchanging items (whether for a different colour, size, or style), we are here to help you get the best fit (or shade) for your body type (or complexion)!

Are you interested in a low-stock or only-1-left item? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the return, we will issue you a store credit that you can use in the future!

Am I protected by the European Union 14 day cooling off period?

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Was my Return approved?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit for the original purchase amount. Please remember the store credit will arrive in the form of an email to the email address used at the time to place the order, and the currency will be in CAD. If you are an international customer, please note the currency exchange rate will be applied and you will receive the store credit in CAD according to the exchange rate for the currency used to pay for the order.
