We ship from Canada to Worldwide. Your order will be shipped with Canada Post Expedited or USPS.

For domestic orders within Canada, free shipping is offered for purchases over $175.00 CAD. Orders over $200.00 CAD will ship to most U.S. States for free. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged a flat rate shipping of $19.99 CAD. For orders outside of Canada and the United States, an international shipping rate will apply. All duties, taxes, and fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the date the courier has marked your item as "Delivered" or "Picked Up" to initiate a return.

We provide returns in Store Credit or Item Exchange only, and all returns issued a Store Credit will be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have any questions before placing an order, please reach out to us at hello@sundaysparks.com. We want to ensure you'll LOVE your purchase!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, with the exception of certain ineligible items (see below). Sale items cannot be refunded.  This includes items purchased with a discount code.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must be free of scent, stains or marks, and devoid of any lint, dust, or pet hair. You’ll also need to provide your Order Number and Reason for Return.

Please note that undergarments, swimsuits, accessories, jewellery, makeup, and beauty products are NOT eligible to be accepted as a return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Items that were part of an order with a discount code applied are Final Sale. By shopping with us, you acknowledge and accept that discounted items or sale codes used renders an item as Final Sale.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Once approved, you will receive the shipping information of where to send the item(s) you'd like to return. Please be sure to share the tracking information with us once you have shipped your return.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@sundaysparks.com with your Order Number and Reason for Return. We will respond to you within 48 business hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In order to do our part in keeping the earth a greener place, we offer pre-order items for purchase! These items come from our trusted suppliers and take 10-14 business days to arrive. Once the items arrive to us, please allow 2-3 business days for the item to begin its way to you. This allows our boutique to offer you a variety of styles and more options you love!
