Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

Please be advised of this important update for our valued U.S. customers:

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States is changing its import rules for all packages coming from Canada and other countries.

• Until now, orders under US$800 could enter the U.S. duty-free.
• Under the new rules, the U.S. government will require all shipments (of any value) to have duties prepaid before they cross the border.
• For Canadian goods, this means a duty rate will be applied to most products.

What this means for you:

• Orders shipping to the U.S. will be subject to this new duty.
• We are required to prepay these duties before sending your package, which will be invoiced to you after you place your order (please keep an eye on your email)!
• After you have prepaid these duties, we will ship your order.
• Your order will still arrive directly to your door with no surprise fees on delivery — the duty will already be taken care of.
